Responsibilities include supervising startup of first batches, coordinating with maintenance and warehouse teams, and training staff as needed. This is an on-site position with safety-focused duties and physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Degree.
• Minimum of four years as a successful machine operator in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient PC skills and data handling.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist operator and maintain quality on the shift.
• Help meet shift productivity goals.
• Follow production schedule and escalate issues to management.
• Train employees on processes and safety as needed.
• Supervise startup of first batches and communicate with shifts.
