Job summary

Glanbia Performance Nutrition is hiring a Machine Operator II on the 1st shift in Illinois. The role involves leading machine operations, performing setups, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll train new hires, manage allergen handling procedures, and collaborate with maintenance and safety teams. The position includes a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food environment or consumer product experience.
• English reading and writing fluency.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP principles.
• Experience handling allergens in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and lead various manufacturing equipment, perform setups and adjustments.
• Conduct allergen and flavor cleans; maintain accurate paper reports.
• Train new hires and ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance.
• Load/unload and stage product using forklifts or other MHE; perform safety inspections.
