Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of blueprints, SPC, QS, Q1, ISO, and TS.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors work of associates to ensure production requirements are met.
• Ensures quality standards are met.
• Performs production line adjustments when necessary.
• Trains associates in machine processes and problem solving.
• Repairs minor machine problems as needed.
