Job summary

TOPS Products LLC seeks a capable Supervisor, Manufacturing (Finance) to lead non-exempt teams in print production, bindery finishing, and shipping/receiving. You will review schedules and resources, assign personnel, and inform teams of issues while coordinating with support groups to resolve scheduling problems.

Responsibilities include establishing or modifying methods, maintaining documentation, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years demonstrated leadership experience required; supervisory experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Requires flexible, proactive, self-starter with proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Demonstrated effective communication, coaching and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across many levels.

Responsibilities

• Directs non-exempt employees in print production, bindery finishing, or shipping/receiving; reviews schedules and resources.
• Maintains production documentation reflecting schedules, performance, and methods; suggests changes to processes and equipment.
