Job summary

RealTruck is seeking an Operational Team Lead to supervise a production team and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output. You will partner with leadership on scheduling, labor efficiency, and throughput while guiding team members.

This role emphasizes hands-on mentoring, cross-training, process documentation, and problem solving across inventory, maintenance, and tools. Second and third shifts: Mon-Fri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of experience and education acceptable.
• Min 2 years in manufacturing/distribution with some leadership responsibilities.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/distribution with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and monitor labor efficiency.
• Cross-train team members and develop employee knowledge in multiple skill sets.
• Implement work instructions to ensure knowledge and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels with purchasing and scheduling.
• Communicate maintenance issues and manage consumables as needed.
• Mentor staff and act as the first line of defense for issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
