Lockheed Martin's Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific in Silverdale, WA seeks a Fleet Ballistic Missile Building Group Lead to oversee production operations in MAB-2 and to support Center of Excellence training. The role coordinates with LM, customers, and base contractors for maintenance and repairs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include workflow oversight, safety and quality assurance, and liaison duties with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience in manufacturing, planning or related field.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Effective interpersonal skills and leadership in dynamic teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Fleet Ballistic Missile production operations at MAB-2.
• Support Training Center of Excellence (TCOE) operations at MAB-2.
• Interface with LM, customer, and base contractor for maintenance and repairs.
• Manage non-LM areas in MAB-2 and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Perform workload analysis, planning, assignment and execution.
• Develop and maintain documentation and participate in audits.
