Job summary

GLOCK, Inc. in Smyrna, Georgia seeks a hands-on Assembly Line Supervisor to lead, monitor and optimize production on a 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will supervise line operators, coordinate productivity, and ensure adherence to ISO procedures and quality specs.

You will train staff, manage documentation, and drive lean initiatives (5S) while maintaining safety standards and high quality. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership, communication, and analytical thinking demonstrations are required.
• Experience coordinating production and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Familiarity with ISO procedures and lean/5S principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and monitor assembly line operators and production output.
• Coordinate personnel, productivity, and line performance; resolve minor issues.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, ISO compliance, and proper record-keeping.
