Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the area supported.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and quality requirements.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate with associates.
• Walk the floor to address questions, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Coordinate shift change discussions and allocate staff based on training and experience.
• Promote safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and people performance goals.
• Participate in daily production board meetings and summarize area performance.
