Kraft Heinz Holland Plant in Michigan seeks a Production Leader to drive shift operations, coach team members, and meet KPI goals. You will use KHMS tools and SAP to manage production workflows and maintain safe, efficient line performance.
The role offers union benefits and requires third-shift work with a $2.00 shift premium, with potential overtime on weekends and holidays. Medical, dental, and vision plans are provided.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 - 100 pounds, requesting assistance as necessary.
While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee will be exposed during his/her job to high noise levels, chemicals, exposure to strong odors, fumes or airborne particles, constant stair climbing, and slippery floors.
The employee is regularly required to wear company authorized safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, rubber boots, chemical protection and other personal protective equipment to successfully perform the functions of this job safely.
Upon hire will train to become Lock Out Tag Out certified and maintain qualification Must successfully pass on the job training and maintain operator qualification
