Job summary

Dexcom in San Diego is seeking a manufacturing operations lead to direct daily production activities, mentor team members, and coordinate with cross-functional groups including Engineering and Quality. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with FDA/ISO/OSHA standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication to deliver life-changing CGM technology globally.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of related manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading and motivating team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day oversight and planning of work for manufacturing operations.
• Inspect operator work and maintain documentation of yields and rejects.
• Act as liaison between operators and supervisor/manager.
• Execute production plans and yields within the designated area.
• Assist scheduling of resources and equipment and conduct training.
• Ensure on-time equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Ensure compliance to FDA, ISO, OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, R&D).
• Monitor equipment performance and perform minor adjustments and repairs.
