As Manufacturing Team Lead – Shared Resources, you’ll be the spark that keeps our production floor performing at its best—balancing pace, quality, and teamwork so every build meets the mark. You’ll guide a crew of 5–10, keep daily operations running clean and on‑time, and set a high bar for safety, accountability, and precision.
