Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead - Shared Resources to keep our production floor performing at its best. You’ll guide a crew of 5-10, balance pace and quality, and uphold safety, accountability, and precision on every shift.

You will coordinate workflow, assign work by skill, coach in the moment, and support hiring and training while reinforcing compliance and QMS expectations. Real-time decisions keep momentum and a smooth handoff to the next shift.

As Manufacturing Team Lead - Shared Resources, you’ll be the spark that keeps our production floor performing at its best - balancing pace, quality, and teamwork so every build meets the mark. You’ll guide a crew of 5-10, keep daily operations running clean and on-time, and set a high bar for safety, accountability, and precision.
