Aufgaben

• Lead and manage complex federal and state tax compliance engagements.
• Serve as trusted tax advisor to manufacturing clients.
• Review federal and state income tax returns and related workpapers (partnerships focus).
• Identify tax risks, planning opportunities, and strategies.
• Research and address complex tax matters and communicate recommendations.
• Consult with clients and internal teams on unusual or complex tax issues.
• Proactively communicate engagement status and significant tax matters.
• Plan and schedule engagements, coordinating client needs and firm resources.
• Provide training, coaching, direction, and supervision to staff and managers.
• Maintain and develop expertise in manufacturing tax matters.
• Participate in firm, industry, and practice-development initiatives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships.
