Requires Bachelor's in Accounting, active CPA, 10+ years of tax experience and proven supervisory ability; hybrid work model; strong communication and mentoring skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Active CPA license.
• 10+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxation.
• Prior supervisory, management, and mentoring experience.
• Ability to translate complex tax matters into practical guidance.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex federal and state tax compliance engagements, meeting deadlines.
• Serve as trusted tax advisor for manufacturing clients, understanding their business and tax needs.
• Review federal and state income tax returns and related workpapers, with focus on partnerships and capital accounting structures.
• Identify tax risks, planning opportunities, and strategies to support client objectives while complying with laws.
• Research and address complex tax matters and communicate recommendations clearly to clients and staff.
• Consult with clients and internal teams on unusual or complex tax issues and develop practical solutions.
• Proactively communicate with clients and engagement partners regarding engagement status and upcoming requirements.
• Plan and schedule engagements, coordinating client needs and firm resources.
• Provide training, coaching, direction, and supervision to staff and managers.
• Maintain and continue to develop expertise in tax matters relevant to manufacturing businesses.
• Participate in firm, industry, and practice-development initiatives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support business-development activities.
• Collaborate across service lines when client needs extend beyond tax.
