Qualifications

• 5+ years of job related experience in manufacturing tax.
• Manufacturing and flow-through entity experience required.
• Subject matter leader in similar accounting/tax services.
• Management/mentoring experience with staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory work for clients.
• Review Federal and Multi-State flow-through and corporate tax returns.
• Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters and support partners.
• Research and consult on technical matters and special projects.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with clients to provide superior service.
• Participate in business development with partners to build client relationships.
• Manage, train and develop staff; participate in performance reviews.
