Prolec GE Waukesha in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Workforce Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

The role requires action-orientated, adaptable, and customer-focused individuals who can balance multiple priorities with accuracy.

Qualifications

Associate degree in HR or related field required.
2-3 years of recruiting experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ATS.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions.
Source candidates through job boards, networking, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
Conduct phone screens, interviews, facility tours, and coordinate interviews.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and provide qualified candidates.
Post positions internally and externally across various recruiting platforms.
Coordinate new hire communications and support onboarding activities.
Attend career fairs and community recruiting events.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
Assist with employee relations, labor relations, and HR projects.
Generate reports related to hiring activity and headcount.
