Job summary

Prolec GE Waukesha is seeking a Workforce Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions in Goldsboro, NC. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver qualified candidates, oversee onboarding, and maintain accurate recruiting records.

You will source candidates via job boards, events, and community partnerships, conduct screens and interviews, and help drive HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, facility tours, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and provide qualified candidates.
• Post positions internally and externally across various recruiting platforms.
• Coordinate new hire communications and support onboarding activities.
• Conduct new hire orientations as needed.
• Maintain recruiting records, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics.
• Attend career fairs, job fairs, and community recruiting events.
• Build relationships with local schools, technical colleges, and workforce agencies.
• Support employee events and HR initiatives.
• Assist with employee relations, labor relations, and special HR projects.
• Generate reports related to hiring activity, headcount, turnover, attendance, and other workforce metrics.
• Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance the candidate and employee experience.
