Job summary

Prolec-GE Waukesha, Inc. is seeking a Professional Recruiter to provide full cycle HR recruitment for assigned business unit locations at corporate manufacturing functions.

This role covers external and internal candidates for professional, IT, and management positions across Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Sales and HR functions. You will source candidates, create job postings, run intake sessions with hiring managers, and ensure compliance in records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR, business management or related field.
• 2+ years recruiting professional exempt staff.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment for corporate and operations level professional roles.
• Source candidates and provide resumes to internal partners.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and postings with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate reports and records per regulations.
• Act as main contact for new hire communications.
• Coordinate new hire orientations as needed.
• Evaluate candidate factors for classification, selection and referrals.
• Post jobs internally and externally; attend career fairs.
• Build talent pools with local schools; support process improvements.
• Arrange travel and transportation for applicants; manage travel reimbursements.
