Job summary

PeopleShare has a 3 month contract-to-hire opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Maple Shade, NJ. The role targets high-volume manufacturing recruiting, including production, warehouse and sales support administrators, with 5+ years of experience preferred.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing, screen and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on high-volume manufacturing recruitment.
• Proven track record of sourcing top talent.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume manufacturing positions (production, warehouse, admin).
• Utilize diverse sourcing techniques (boards, social media, networking, agencies) to build a talent pipeline.
• Review job descriptions, screen candidates, and maintain applicant data in the HRIS/ATS.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
• Draft offers and coordinate post-offer screenings and onboarding.
