Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience supporting recruiting, employee programs, or other HR processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, leaders, candidates, and community partners.
• Professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting process for hourly manufacturing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions.
• Partner with HR and operations leaders to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
• Coordinate candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruiting data in Workday and other systems.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, events, and community programs.
• Build relationships with schools and workforce development partners to strengthen pipelines.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
