Job summary

Premier PV in Aurora, CO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Lead in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent for our solar module manufacturing facility. You will recruit both hourly production staff and salaried professionals, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions across Premier PV.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify qualified talent.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, maintain candidate movement.
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts and decisions.
• Assist with offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding.
