Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support manufacturing teams across multiple locations in the U.S. You will guide candidates through the hiring process and partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, strong communication, and organization. Occasional travel to company facilities may be required; you’ll help improve how we hire, retain, and engage our people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruiting software to manage candidates and job postings.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full cycle recruiting to support hiring for manufacturing and operational roles across multiple locations.
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications and experience to identify strong potential hires.
• Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, job postings, and recruiting activity in the ATS while building candidate pipelines.
• Write and update job postings and utilize multiple sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Support recruiting operations including internal transfers, onboarding coordination, and process improvements.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach efforts as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
