• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing roles from entry-level to leadership.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: postings, ATS, and offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and industry networks.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
