Stefanini Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner / Corporate Recruiter in Marion, NC (Hybrid) to lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and functional roles. You will partner with leaders and HR, manage multiple requisitions, source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; HS/Associates considered with relevant background.
• 3+ years in agency or corporate recruiting.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and HR to develop recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for high-volume MFG roles.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Provide market insights on compensation, talent availability, and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Support diversity initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to TA projects.
