Job summary

Elanco is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for the Elwood, KS manufacturing site. You will own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, reducing time-to-fill and serving as the liaison between local leadership and central Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting in manufacturing or production.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and assessing a high volume of candidates for manufacturing roles.
• Manage interview logistics, organize interview panels, and be the primary contact for candidates at the Elwood site.
• Build and maintain talent pools for the Elwood site to meet current and future needs.
• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition representative for the site and ensure compliance with processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide guidance to reduce bottlenecks and enable timely hiring.
