Job summary

Elanco in Elwood, KS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Manufacturing for a 2-year contract with benefits. You will own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles and partner with site leadership to deliver top talent.

Success requires 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong ATS skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This onsite role includes relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ATS and strong organizational/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume manufacturing roles.
• Coordinate interview logistics and manage interview panels.
• Build and maintain talent pools for the Elwood site.
• Act as primary TA representative for the site and liaise with HQ.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet talent needs and timelines.
