Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Talent Sourcing Partner for Global Manufacturing & Quality. This two-year fixed-term role focuses on building and optimizing the talent pipeline for manufacturing sites and corporate M&Q functions, including proactive outbound sourcing and stakeholder management.

You will engage with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HRBPs to develop comprehensive strategies, run multi-channel campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of talent sourcing in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with outbound talent search and CRM/ATS management.
• Ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive talent globally for complex manufacturing & quality roles.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HRBPs to define sourcing strategies.
• Lead multi-channel outreach campaigns and build long-term talent pipelines.
• Use Gem CRM, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter to track metrics and provide insights.
• Maintain premium candidate experience aligned with employer brand.
