Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Manufacturing for its Elwood, KS site on a 2-year contract with benefits. You will own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume manufacturing and production roles, coordinating with site leadership and the central Talent Acquisition function.

Responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing, candidate experience, and building Elwood-specific talent pools to meet current and future needs, while ensuring compliance and timely hires.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, high-volume recruiting role in manufacturing, production, or skilled-trade roles.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, screening, and assessing a high volume of candidates for critical manufacturing roles, using AI sourcing tools to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Orchestrate a seamless candidate experience by managing interview logistics, organizing interview panels, and serving as the primary contact for candidates visiting the Elwood site.
• Build and maintain strong talent pools specifically for the Elwood site to meet current and future business needs.
• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition representative for the Elwood site, providing updates to headquarters while ensuring local processes and compliance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide guidance, and facilitate a smooth feedback loop to reduce bottlenecks.
