Job summary

MITER Brands in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Recruiter to lead high-volume direct and indirect labor recruitment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will partner with operations, HR, and Talent Acquisition to deliver a seamless candidate experience and strong hiring outcomes across the business.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and ensure data accuracy in Workday and related systems. Local travel for events is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience required.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume direct labor and indirect labor positions in a manufacturing environment.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate interviews, hiring events, onboarding, and candidate communications.
• Review recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve candidate flow, process efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Attend onsite hiring events, community job fairs, hiring blitzes, and recruiting events to promote MITER Brands as an employer of choice.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
