Otis Elevator Co. in Florence, SC, seeks a Manager of Manufacturing Systems Solutions to lead end‑to‑end enterprise architecture for manufacturing and supply chain systems, with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as the core platform.

The role partners with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and external delivery teams to design scalable solutions and drive deployment across North America. You will guide architecture decisions, manage cross-functional delivery, and champion standardized, secure integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing systems or supply chain tech.
• Strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience as a solution architect leading end-to-end designs.
• Experience with EDI, supplier platforms, APIs, and data ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive JD Edwards and connected manufacturing capabilities: procurement, inventory, supplier collaboration, logistics, EDI, reporting.
• Define solution options with business value, cost, risk, dependencies, scalability, and impact.
• Define architecture guardrails for standardization, secure integration, and supportability.
• Lead design across process, application, integration, data, security, and infra layers; document target-state architecture.
• Lead supplier-facing initiatives: onboarding, EDI, logistics integrations, training, adoption, issue resolution.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies, risks, and decisions to timely resolution.
• Provide direction to consultants, review designs, challenge assumptions, ensure knowledge transfer.
