Job summary

Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end MES and manufacturing technology initiatives in a manufacturing environment. You will manage plans, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to deliver site-wide deployments and continuous improvements.

The role requires strong manufacturing process knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work onsite 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in project management for manufacturing technology initiatives.
• Experience managing projects involving MES platforms, manufacturing applications, or shop floor systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and plant environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite with manufacturing operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for Manufacturing Systems and MES initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, IT, Validation, and Supply Chain.
• Drive MES implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and site deployment activities.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Manage project scope, change control, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities.
• Partner with vendors, system integrators, and third-party consultants as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency and system performance.
