Job summary

Pacific Fusion is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to own end-to-end software systems, manage vendors and licensing, and govern component/BOM data across platforms. You will partner with integration teams and the PLM Administrator to ensure data quality and a robust manufacturing workflow.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, system configuration, and access administration to support evolving manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Experience administering enterprise software systems (MES or related manufacturing systems preferred).
• Understanding of PLM concepts (components, BOMs) to collaborate with the PLM Administrator.
• Familiarity with vendor and license management practices.
• Experience with system configuration and user access administration.
• Knowledge of BOM/component data structures and data governance principles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business owner for assigned software systems and main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships including contract renewals, escalations, and performance reviews.
• Own software licensing: procurement, allocation, renewals, and cost optimization.
• Administer user access and permissions, including provisioning, deactivation, and reviews.
• Perform system configuration changes to support business requirements within defined scope.
• Partner with integration teams to define and validate integration requirements between owned systems and platforms.
• Establish data quality standards and governance policies with the PLM Administrator for components and BOM data.
• Own Manufacturing Workflow design, configuration, and continuous improvement aligned with operations.
