Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking a Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst to support and improve systems that drive quality, manufacturing, and operations. You will serve as the SME for the QMS and PDM/PLM, while also supporting ERP/MES, reporting, integrations, and data analytics to turn business data into meaningful insights.

Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Manufacturing to optimize processes, configure QMS workflows, build dashboards, and develop training materials.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for quality metrics, supplier performance, production data, and executive KPIs.
• Administer and optimize QMS, including workflows, forms, tasks, user permissions, assignments, and document links.
• Support ERP/MES enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and data governance.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports supporting quality metrics, supplier performance, production data, and executive KPIs.
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the QMS.
• Configure and maintain QMS workflows, forms, tasks, user permissions, assignments, and document links.
• Build QMS reports and dashboards supporting audits, compliance, supplier performance, and quality initiatives.
• Partner with IT and Operations on ERP/MES enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and data governance.
• Support integrations between ERP/MES platforms and third-party applications using APIs and data exchange methods.
• Administer PDM and PLM systems, including user access, workflows, folder permissions, and system health.
• Evaluate new technology and system enhancements and provide recommendations and business cases.
• Work with software and technology vendors as needed.
• Support end users across Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user resources.
• Participate in companywide improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, process optimization, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Travel domestically approximately 10%, as needed.
