Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering roles.
• Understanding of Lean, SPC, and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily production by troubleshooting process and system issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements for safety, quality, productivity.
• Use Lean tools and continuous improvement to eliminate waste.
• Analyze manufacturing data to support process optimization.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing execution systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Assist with audits, reporting and ISO-related activities.
