Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with assembly process engineering.
• Familiarity with stamping, plating, molding, and assembly processes.
• Proven project management with plan execution.
• Strong communication and global collaboration.
• Willingness to travel internationally, especially Asia.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and driving accountability across stakeholders.
• Support and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Collaborate directly with global manufacturing sites, particularly in Asia, to support production and process implementation.
• Interface with Business Unit leadership, engineering teams, and operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical support related to stamping, plating, molding, and assembly processes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders, including leadership updates and project reviews.
