Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience with manufacturing systems, performance measurement, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a site performance management system with scorecards and reporting.
Develop tools to identify opportunities, prioritize projects, track execution.
Create production cost models and benchmarking tools.
Lead MES deployment preparation and standardization across sites.
Partner with leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
