Responsibilities

• Build and manage a comprehensive site performance management system with scorecards, data collection, and reporting by shift.
• Develop tools to identify opportunities, prioritize projects, trigger action plans, and track execution.
• Create and standardize production cost models and benchmarking tools for insights across sites.
• Lead MES deployment prep and support standardization of manufacturing systems across Sensient operations.
• Partner with Operations and leadership to provide performance insights and drive data-driven decisions.
• Establish governance processes to strengthen operational excellence across sites.
