Senneca is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support product configuration solutions within the Infor CPQ environment. This role focuses on developing configurable products, advancing manufacturing automation, and standardizing configurator coding across sites.

The ideal candidate combines CPQ development expertise with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering data, and ERP integration to drive performance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-style degree required in Engineering, CS, or IS or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Infor CPQ development experience.
• Knowledge of how ERP integrates and supports manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Infor CPQ configurators for new product development.
• Support product launches through creation and testing of configurable product models.
• Optimize configurators for performance, usability, maintainability, and accuracy.

The Manufacturing Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting product configuration solutions within the Infor CPQ environment. This role focuses on developing new configurable products, driving manufacturing automation initiatives, and establishing standardized configurator coding practices across multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate combines technical CPQ development expertise with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering data, product structures, and ERP integration.

Responsibilities

CPQ Development & Product Configuration

• Design, develop, and maintain Infor CPQ configurators for new product development.
• Support product launches through creation and testing of configurable product models.
• Optimize configurators for performance, usability, maintainability, and accuracy.
• Aid ERP vendor in CPQ setup and ERP integration validation process

Manufacturing Automation

• Develop automated manufacturing outputs including BOMs, routings, work instructions, and drawings.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through configuration-based automation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Coding Standards & Governance

• Establish enterprise-wide CPQ development standards and naming conventions.
• Drive standardization across manufacturing locations.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.

Requirements
