Job summary

Hollman is the world’s largest manufacturer of wood and laminate lockers, seeking an experienced EQ/CPQ Developer to join the products and technology team. You will implement Infor EQ/CPQ, conduct training, develop rules, and integrate with ERP systems to streamline enterprise quoting and document automation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, project management, and delivering tailored quoting solutions with strong customer service and technical skills.

We are looking for an experienced EQ/CPQ Developer to join our products and technology team.

Primary Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Implement Infor's EQ/CPQ Suite (Product Configurator, Enterprise Quoting, CAD 2D/3D Integration, Document Automation)
• Conduct user training, workshops, and design sessions
• Develop and test EQ/CPQ rules and models (sales, pricing, manufacturing, visualization, document automation)
• Integrate EQ/CPQ with ERP systems and set up enterprise quoting
• Tailor quote documents and master data integration
• Provide post-implementation support and project management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience with Infor’s EQ/CPQ Products
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a technical discipline preferred
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems or related fields is a plus
