Job summary

Cinter Career Services, LLC is seeking a Business Analyst – Manufacturing Systems for a contract onsite role in Liberty, NC. You will collaborate across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and IT to identify business challenges and design technology solutions.

You will gather requirements, document BRDs and use cases, and lead Kaizen initiatives with measurable outcomes while working standard business hours onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, MES/MOM, ERP, or quality systems.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
• Experience developing and executing UAT plans and test scenarios.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Office, Power BI, Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to understand challenges and goals.
• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to align stakeholders.
• Develop BRDs, functional requirements, use cases, process maps, and user stories.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Lead process mapping and gap analysis across functions.
• Support Kaizen initiatives and track measurable outcomes.
• Work with IT teams and vendors to design solutions meeting requirements.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and deployment planning.
• Define business rules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data needs.
• Develop and execute UAT plans and test scenarios.
• Coordinate testing with business users and project teams.
• Support organizational change management and end-user training.
