Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years with enterprise applications (ERP, MES, SPC).
• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 5+ years in project management or project coordination.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users, leaders, and SMEs to map current processes and future objectives.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for technical design and implementation.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for developers.
• Review workflows and data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop insights to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
• Contribute to system and process solution design and documentation.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and solution readiness with stakeholders.
• Communicate updates, risks, and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Plan resources, track milestones, and manage dependencies and priorities.
