Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to provide on-site support for receiving, production, inventory, and shipping at our San Antonio facility.

You will work closely with production and warehouse teams to implement ERP/WMS workflows and uphold data accuracy across systems. You will help ensure materials are properly labeled, tracked, and staged, perform cycle counts and reconciliations, and assist with onboarding and training on ERP/WMS processes and

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree or higher in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or production operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse production environments, strong ERP/WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for receiving, production, inventory, and shipping.
• Assist production and warehouse teams with ERP/WMS workflows.
• Ensure accurate labeling, tracking, and staging of materials and goods.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
• Perform ERP transactions and verify routing, components, and locations for readiness.
• Assist onboarding and training on ERP/WMS processes and SOPs.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate findings to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
