Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst in Pell City, Alabama. You will support MES/ERP systems, analyze production data, and collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and IT to improve system performance and data integrity.

The role involves dashboards development, reporting, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production sites. Travel up to 25% is expected. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing, operations, or systems analyst role.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• MES, SCADA, Power BI, SQL, Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma, ServiceNow, or supply chain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support MES, ERP, and other production systems for day-to-day operations.
• Analyse manufacturing data to identify trends and efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT and vendors to resolve problems.
• Produce standard and ad hoc reports for production planning and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with data-driven solutions.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing data (BOMs, routings, work orders, inventory).
• Perform system audits for data integrity and reliability.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting using data visualisation tools.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Assist with system upgrades, new implementations, training, and on-site support.
