Talentify in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (Manufacturing) to manage supplier follow-up, PO execution, and material tracking, ensuring timely delivery and uninterrupted production. This on-site role partners with Procurement, Planning, Engineering, and Project teams to keep schedules intact.

You will drive issue resolution, optimize supplier performance, and maintain accurate records while thriving in a fast-paced environment with direct supplier interaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Logistics, or related function.
• Experience with suppliers, purchase orders, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-priority management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier follow-up and PO execution from issue to delivery.
• Manage vendor acknowledgments and commitments to timelines.
• Resolve shortages, delays, backorders, and disruptions.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Operations, and Projects.
• Coordinate material priorities to support production deadlines.
• Expedite critical orders and work with suppliers on logistics.
• Maintain purchasing, inventory, and supplier records.
• Monitor material availability and prevent shortages.
