Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Account Representative for a leading manufacturing client in Georgetown, Kentucky. You will work with a set of repeat customers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and accurate order processing, receiving POs and creating work orders for operations staff.

The role requires strong attention to detail, independent work habits, and excellent communication by phone and email. You will collaborate with procurement, accounting, and operations to keep shipments on track

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics or related industry.
• Strong computer skills – MS Excel (creating tables, simple formulas, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to commute to Georgetown KY

Responsibilities

• Serve a set of customers supporting material needs in the manufacturing space.
• Receive POs from customers and create work orders for operations staff to ship material.
• Update internal and client systems and keep customers informed on progression of orders.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, accounting, and operations teams.
