EDI Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee 30-50 UAW hourly employees in a high-volume, fast-paced assembly environment in Michigan. You will develop and lead a team to achieve operations, quality and continuous improvement goals, using Six Sigma/Lean tools, while upholding safety and labor relations under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience in Six Sigma/Lean processes is required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a union environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, medium mix assembly is preferred.
• Must feel comfortable wearing a respirator in some areas.
