IDEX Health & Science LLC., a unit of IDEX Corporation, invites you to join our West Henrietta, NY team as Manufacturing Supervisor, Systems, A-Shift. You will lead the Production, Materials, Equipment and Staffing assignments for the LSO Systems value streams, focusing on high-precision optical builds and adherence to safety, quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent practical experience in a manufacturing discipline.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred; continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in a low-volume, high-mix environment with cross-functional interaction.
• Production planning exposure is desirable for scheduling and capacity planning.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially JD Edwards, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to all functions of Production, Materials, Equipment and Staffing for LSO value streams.
• Lead daily manufacturing meetings and communicate clear priorities to teams.
• Drive CI projects and implement process improvements across the line.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery metrics and escalate issues as needed.
