Qualifications

• Minimum AS degree in a technical field; or equivalent of HS Diploma/GED and 2+ years in a cleanroom.
• Strong technical aptitude and work ethic.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as production requires.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production goals and escalate issues as needed.
• Support integration and characterization tests of lasers and optics.
• Train incoming technicians on work processes and software.
