Job summary

MPG Dover Salisbury, part of Microwave Products Group, is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to align production with master schedules and cross-functional teams. You will plan, monitor, and adjust schedules, ensure safety, and drive on-time delivery while mentoring staff.

Qualifications include a BS in Business Administration or 5+ years manufacturing experience; strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; and familiarity with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing activities with Master Scheduler, Procurement, Material Planning, Engineering, Quality and Sales to meet production plans.
• Establish priorities, schedule shifts and monitor progress; revise schedules as needed.
• Maintain production and quality standards and ensure cost, quality and delivery commitments are met.
• Provide guidance on manufacturing process plans including staffing, materials, subcontracting, tooling and equipment needs.
• Develop and coach manufacturing staff; conduct observations and training to ensure safety.
