Job summary

MPG delivers RF spectrum-centric solutions and supports mission-critical communications for civilian government, military and commercial customers. The company operates multiple facilities, including Salisbury, MD, where this role coordinates manufacturing activities to optimize staffing, machines, and equipment usage.

The role reports to production leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while guiding manufacturing process planning and staff development.

Qualifications

• AA or BS degree in Business Administration; 1–3 years progressive manufacturing experience OR 5+ years in manufacturing with increased responsibility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; financial acumen; knowledge of safety requirements; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing activities with Master Scheduler, Procurement, Material Planning, Engineering, Quality and Sales.
• Establish priorities, scheduling, shifts and personnel; monitor progress and revise schedules as needed.
• Maintain production and quality standards to meet cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
